30 great holidaycottages in 3 different layouts.
  • Typ A with 3 bedrooms sleeps 6 – 8 people
  • Typ B with 4 bedrooms sleeps 8 – 9 people
  • Typ C with 4 bedrooms sleeps 7 – 8 people

Their are 15 semi-detached houses. Everyone of the 30 flats is about 82 m² . In all of the holidayhomes the upstairs is the same: 3 bedrooms with either 6 or 7 beds, an attractive bathroom and a closet.

The bedrooms:

  • 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each
  • 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed

The master bedroom has a double bed, in both the others are single beds ( see layout).

The bathroom:

  • wash-basin
  • shower
  • toilet
  • washingmachine

A further bathroom is downstairs.

The closet contains a hoover, some cleaning utensils and an iron.
